We’re excited to be building a new team and will be investing in your development with a purposely commissioned  team development programme designed to support you to rapidly and collectively move to high performance.     

To bring the team together and enable rapid team performance, we’ll focus on building your individual skills, as well as the way you work as a group. This will include a range of workshops, 1-2-1 coaching and mentoring, team activities as well as utilising psychometric and dynamic learning tools. Our programme focuses on accelerated development, shaping our Corporate Transformation Hub to create a team ready to deliver and provide the support and challenge the organisation needs to succeed.     

In addition to this development programme we will also be working hard to ensure your smooth onboarding, orientation and assimilation into the wider culture of the Royal Borough of Kingston.
