The new Corporate Transformation Hub team will be pivotal in shaping, defining and empowering the organisation’s approach and capability for delivering change to help fulfil our ambitions. 

They will provide a dynamic and collaborative professional change hub that disrupts traditional thinking and behaviours whilst enabling the delivery of strategic priorities.

As well as help explore new approaches and innovation, challenge the organisation and our partners, to think radically to tackle issues.

After a successful first round of recruitment, we're currently recruiting to the following position:

Strategic Programme Management Office (PMO) Manager

In this vital role, you’ll act as the Council’s lead programme management professional. You’ll have responsibility for the development and innovation of the project and programme management framework, including training and support. We’ll look to you to work with programme leads to unblock issues and to facilitate access to required corporate resources. 

 

You’ll bring value to the Council by implementing robust programme assurance, identifying opportunities for improvement and support, and collaborating with partners to prioritise and implement improvement initiatives. You’ll use your track record of delivering projects, programmes and benefits realisation to ensure outcomes are delivered on time and in full.
